These Terms govern your use of Paw Shuffle. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

The service

Paw Shuffle is a free browser-based card game. Features may be changed, added, removed, interrupted or discontinued. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

Your pet photos and other content

You keep ownership of photos and other content you add. Pet photos added through customization are intended to remain locally on your device unless you separately choose to include them in a feedback screenshot or attachment. You are responsible for having the right to use content you add or submit.

Feedback

If you send suggestions, bug reports or other feedback, you give Paw Shuffle permission to use that feedback to operate, improve and develop the service without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of an attached photo or other content unrelated to the feedback itself.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Paw Shuffle, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the service, or submit unlawful, malicious or infringing material.

Intellectual property

Paw Shuffle’s software, branding, design and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit those materials except as permitted by law.

Local data and game statistics

Game statistics, records, preferences, pet profiles, and other locally saved information are stored only in your browser or on your device. Paw Shuffle does not guarantee that locally stored data will be retained. Clearing browser or site data, changing browsers or devices, using private browsing, browser settings, software updates, or other circumstances can result in that data being lost. Paw Shuffle does not maintain a backup of this locally stored data and cannot restore it if it is lost or deleted.

No warranties

Paw Shuffle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that the game will be uninterrupted, completely secure or free from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paw Shuffle and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply where you live.

Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Questions can be sent through the Feedback feature in Paw Shuffle.
