Paw Shuffle is designed to let you play Solitaire with as little personal information collection as practical. This policy explains what is stored on your device, what is sent to us when you choose to send feedback, and how pet photos are handled.

Information stored on your device

Paw Shuffle uses browser storage to remember game and display preferences, records and best times, hint-related counters, and other settings. Pet profiles and photos that you add are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. They are not automatically uploaded to Paw Shuffle.

Pet photos

Photos you add through “My Pets” remain on the device and browser where you added them. Paw Shuffle uses them to display your customized cards. Clearing browser or site data may remove locally stored pets, photos, records and preferences.

Feedback you choose to send

If you use Feedback, we receive the text you submit and basic technical information needed to understand the report, including app version, feedback source, Draw 1 or Draw 3 mode, general game state, viewport and screen dimensions, screen orientation, and browser user-agent information. If you choose to attach an accepted image, it is uploaded with the report. Do not attach information you do not want to share.

How feedback is stored

Feedback records and optional image attachments are processed and stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Paw Shuffle does not use the game to collect your name, email address, precise location, advertising identifier, or payment information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Paw Shuffle may use analytics technologies to understand how the game is used, identify technical issues, and improve the experience. Advertising services may also be used to support the operation of Paw Shuffle. These services may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies and may collect information such as device, browser, usage, and interaction data. Where required, Paw Shuffle will provide appropriate notice or consent choices. This Privacy Policy will be updated to identify material changes to the services and technologies used.

Retention and deletion

Locally stored information remains in your browser until it is cleared by you, your browser, or the application. Submitted feedback may be retained as long as reasonably useful for troubleshooting, improving Paw Shuffle, security, and record keeping. To request deletion of feedback, use Feedback and include the original reference number if available.

Children

Paw Shuffle is a general-audience card game and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Users should not submit personal information about children through feedback or image attachments.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical measures intended to protect information handled by the service, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Paw Shuffle changes.
